A recreational development on El Campo, Texas’ northeast side will receive city utilities if it requests voluntary annexation.
According to the El-Campo Leader News, council approved oversizing water and sewer lines to what’s being billed as a new 250-lot RV park with far more amenities than average – including a $3 million, two-acre pool dubbed the largest backyard swimming pool in the world.
