The Meridian RV Resort in Apache Junction, Ariz. sold for $11.6 million on Dec. 14, according to AZBigMedia.com.
The 252-site property was purchased by Equity LifeStyle Properties Inc. (ELS) and was sold by GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC.
Meridian RV Resort is a five-star, 55-plus senior community located just outside of Phoenix. The community has numerous resort-inspired amenities and hosts a variety of weekly activities for its tenants.
