A shot of the new camper cabins.

Want to spend some quality time at Alabama’s Lake Guntersville State Park? Now you have a new place to stay while you enjoy all the park has to offer.

According to AL.com, the state park now has 10 camper cabins on the lake at the RV park. There are eight, two bedroom cabins that sleep six. One cabin that is pet friendly and one cabin that is ADA compliant.

The 10 cabins are managed by Recreational Resource Management, in conjunction with Alabama State Parks.

The cabins are scattered throughout the RV park, with some very close to the shoreline and some in a shaded area near one of the bathhouses.

One of the bedrooms offers a queen bed and the other offers four twin size bunk beds. There is also a futon in each cabin that could sleep one more guest.

The ADA compliant cabin sleeps 4. It offers one queen bed and two twin size bunk beds. The ADA cabin has a ramp to the porch front door, wide hallway and special shower with a seat.
