America’s Largest RV Show returns to the Giant Center this week for its 57th annual edition, bringing nearly 1,500 RVs from 40 manufacturers to Hershey as the industry enters its fall show season.
Presented by the Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA), the event begins Tuesday, Sept. 15. Tuesday will feature Education Days for technicians and other industry professionals. Courses include training on RV electrical systems, axle and brake service, slide-outs, leveling systems, ventilation and air conditioning. Tuesday also serves as Industry Preview Day, when dealers and other trade attendees can tour the show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. before the public opening on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Public days run Wednesday, Sept. 16, through Sunday, Sept. 20. The show is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. In addition to the outdoor RV displays, nearly 200 booth vendors are expected to offer parts, accessories, services, campground information and travel-related products inside and around the Giant Center.
This year’s show also gives manufacturers an early consumer-facing venue for 2027 model-year products. Ember Recreational Vehicles plans to show six 2027 models, including three floor plan debuts, while Thor Motor Coach is bringing 2027 Class C products including the Gemini 23XT and Quantum LW30. Many other manufacturers are planning to introduce new products during the show.
The show has occupied the Giant Center site since 2005 and was rebranded as America’s Largest RV Show in 2008. PRVCA describes the event as one of only two manufacturer RV shows in the United States, a format that brings manufacturers and dealers together while allowing consumers to compare products across brands.

The timing gives Hershey added importance. Two weeks later, the industry will again gather for the annual Elkhart Open House, scheduled to begin the week of Sept. 28. The two events give manufacturers and dealers consecutive opportunities to evaluate products, demand and inventory heading into 2027.
That evaluation comes in a softer market than the industry anticipated at the start of the year. The Summer 2026 RV RoadSigns forecast from the RV Industry Association and ITR Economics lowered its median projection for 2026 wholesale shipments to 314,000 units, which would be an 8.2% decline from the 342,200 units shipped in 2025.
The latest monthly figures show that pressure is continuing. RVIA reported 19,948 wholesale shipments in July, down 11.9% from July 2025. Through the first seven months of 2026, shipments totaled 183,592 units, down 13.9% from the same period a year earlier.
In 2025, the Hershey Show drew 45,813 attendees. That number was down from the 2024 attendance, which was set at 47,879. Despite the lower 2025 attendance, some exhibitors reported strong results. Venture RV later said its retail sales at the show increased 40% from the previous year.
Previous results illustrate why the event remains closely watched. After the 2024 show, PRVCA Executive Director Heather Leach told Woodall’s Campground Magazine (WCM) that most manufacturers and dealers she spoke with had a good show, with many saying results exceeded their expectations. The 2024 event drew 47,879 attendees, up from 45,535 in 2023.
For manufacturers, Hershey offers a chance to put new products directly in front of consumers as the 2027 model year takes shape. For dealers, it provides another reading on which price points, floor plans and product categories are generating interest.
For consumers, the format remains largely unchanged: five public days, nearly 1,500 RVs, seminars, suppliers and campground representatives gathered in one location. For the industry, the week should provide another data point on how buyers are responding to new products as manufacturers and dealers prepare for 2027.
Woodall’s Campground Magazine will be reporting from the show all week.
