App My Community, a provider of custom-branded mobile apps for RV parks, campgrounds and outdoor hospitality destinations, has officially announced an integration with Firefly Reservations, a cloud-based campground reservation system. This collaboration is designed to simplify and enhance the guest experience — from booking to check-out, all within the RV Parks app, according to a press release.
With this integration, parks using Firefly Reservations and have an app through App My Community, can now offer guests the ability to:
- Check themselves in directly through the app.
- Make reservations and select their preferred site on an interactive map.
- Make secure payments and view real-time reservation details.
- Manage their reservations and make changes quickly.
- Complete self-check-out, streamlining the guest departure process.
This seamless connection between App My Community and Firefly Reservations allows park owners to reduce administrative tasks, boost operational efficiency, and give guests the convenience and control they expect in today’s travel landscape, noted the release.
