A meeting will be held tonight in Aguila, Ariz., on a proposed 20-acre RV park with a horse corral, according to The Wickenburg Sun.
While the SUP has not yet been filed with Maricopa County, the special meeting is intended “to simply reach out to the neighbors and initiate a conversation about the proposed use of the property” according to Jason Sanks of Gilbert’s Sanks & Associates, LLC.
In his notification letter sent on behalf of the property owners, Sanks, a project management professional, said “The demand for quality, small-scale, and tranquil RV parks that include facilities for horses has grown significantly in Arizona.”
Sanks also noted the proposed corral would be “designed just for visitors/residents of the park and not for hosting outside events.”
