This “turn key” operation includes all equipment and furnishings. The 18-hole golf course is the oldest continuously operating course in the state, open year ’round and features the longest hole in Arizona – a 747 yard, par 6.
The property also includes a full-service restaurant and bar and a 97-site, full-service RV park complete with washroom, showers and a meeting room.
