The Easter activities begin at 12:30 p.m. and run through 3 p.m. local time. Some of the other Easter activities local residents can enjoy include a coloring contest, egg decorating, face painting, and pictures with the Easter Bunny.
“Families will have fun in this unique easter event, part of a new push by Basswood Resort to provide not only an Easter-themed event but also to be more involved in the local community,” noted the release. “Bring your Easter baskets and bunny ears for a day full of family fun.”
Easter activities are being sponsored by MidCity Excellence Community,,a faith-based organization dedicated to assisting at-risk youth and families dealing with poverty.
