Camping enthusiasts are being reminded that British Columbia’s camping reservation system is opening up on Sunday (March 15), Global News reported.

However, fees for this year’s camping season at provincial campgrounds are going up. The increase ranges from $2 to $5 per night.  The ministry responsible says the fee hike is necessary to maintain the high level of service in the parks, which are seeing more visitors every year.
