California Outdoor Hospitality Association On Tuesday, (Sept. 27), the California Outdoor Hospitality Association’s (CalOHA) Board of Directors met for its annual in-person board meeting in Roseville, Calif., according to an email sent to members.

“The past few years have brought on much change, unforeseen challenges and new directions for not only our association but the outdoor hospitality industry as a whole,” stated the release. “We are excited to welcome some new faces and fresh energy to our board this year, to help us expand our horizons as we embark on untreaded territory.”

The new board members include Jim Germyn, general manager of Coachella Lakes Resort, and Ruben Martinez, founder of the American Glamping Association.

“We would also like to warmly welcome back former board member Jon Mackenzie,” stated the email. “We are very appreciative of the time and support our board members provide to the organization, and the individualized expertise each member has to offer.”
