Represented by attorney Charles Ebersol, Cozy Hills owners Lelah Campo and husband Dan Mahieu presented their concept plan to the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday (Jan. 19). Part of the special exception permit required for their application, which could be filed in February, includes changes to the zoning regulations governing outdoor recreational facilities, which they say are antiquated and should be updated to reflect national campground standards.
