The company plans to add at least three more properties to its portfolio in the next 12 months. To support its new endeavors, CRR is expanding its corporate team with additional new leadership.
Erin Forrest is now the new corporate director of sales and marketing for CRR, and Cali Hildebrandt, was promoted to general manager at one of CRR’s resorts, Verde Ranch RV Resort. Both positions are promotions from within.
A veteran of hospitality, Forrest began with CRR as the executive administrative assistant and quickly showed her worth. Forrest will help CRR develop its brand and audience as they take on new properties. She is known for her vibrant team spirit and amazing ability to juggle projects, which is why CRR is excited to have her leadership as it grows, notes the release.
Meanwhile, Hildebrandt’s remarkable story is the perfect example of CRR’s resilience and passion.
Hildebrandt was formerly a guest at Verde Ranch RV Resort and joined the property as assistant general manager. She quickly demonstrated her strong learning agility and keen business sense, leads by example, and inspires the rest of the team to do their best, notes the release.
