McPeek’s Mighty Maze located at the Coshocton Kampgrounds of America (KOA) has been offering family adventures for the past several years and this year is no different, according to the Coshocton Tribune.
Kids and the young-at-heart can navigate the 5-acre maze while on Expedition Everest – this year’s theme that includes the chance to search for a yeti lurking among the cornstalks.
“It’s a friendly yeti, nothing scary, of course,” said Ryan McPeek, maze master and co-owner and operator of the Coshocton KOA, located at 24688 County Road 10. He and his staff have been preparing for this year’s maze for most of the year. The maze is open on weekends through Nov. 4.
This year’s maze is in a new location at the facility with all of the fall-fun activities located closer to the entrance of the campground.
“Now it’s great because when you pull into the parking lot, you can see everything that’s going on. It has a nice open feel,” McPeek said.
