Located on 10 pristine acres between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, the resort was founded in 1959 and owned and operated by the Gladwell family since 1972. Cove is the fourth owner of this unique property which offers several lodging options on 181 sites, including spectacular waterfront RV sites, rustic campsites, and motel rooms. With a large boat ramp, boat slips, and canals, many guests dock their boats in the water, providing them freedom to enjoy some of America’s best recreational waters.
