The management team from Indian Lakes RV Resort in Batesville, Ind., hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Nov. 1 to celebrate extensive renovations and upgrades to the 1,000-site property, Jennifer Ludovice of parent company Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) told the Batesville Herald-Tribune.

“We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and are grateful for our customers’ positive response to the renovations,” said ELS Senior Vice President David Kozy. “We invite everyone to come out and enjoy Indian Lakes. With hundreds of RV sites, more than 40 rental units and outstanding amenities, Indian Lakes has something for everyone.”

Recent upgrades include a new sports court area complete with playground, picnic area, volleyball court, basketball court, cornhole and horseshoes. An expanded swimming pool area with new furniture was unveiled, as well as a new floating dock with water slide and an expanded sandy beachfront.

The resort’s welcome center, clubhouse and pavilion area were renovated, and the mini golf amenity was improved, according to Ludovice. In addition, a number of RV sites were upgraded, including the installation of new picnic tables and fire rings.
