WCM Fireside Chats It has been a whirlwind year for the RV industry, with manufacturers riding a wave of interest that many didn’t see coming during the early COVID-19 shutdowns.

Recent reports from the RV Industry Association (RVIA) predict shipment numbers in 2021 that will break records, with a forecasted range of 523,139 to 543,572 units expected to be shipped.

That is a stunning turnaround for an industry that had seen numbers settle a bit in 2019. The park model RV industry in its own right is also seeing an increase in interest and factories across North America are running at full capacity.

To take a larger dive into the numbers, WCM Fireside Chats is bringing on Monika Geraci, senior manager of marketing strategy and operations at the RV Industry Association (RVIA); Shane Devenish, executive director of the Canadian Camping and RV Council; and Dick Grymonprez, the PMRV representative on RVIA’s board and director of park model sales for Skyline Champion.

The show is set to air on Monday, April 26 at 11 a.m. (EST)
