Bambei also discussed National ARVCs daily monitoring of proposed state and federal legislation that could affect park operators and the collaborative work that National ARVC does with state associations to inform them of these proposals in case they need to take action to prevent these proposals from becoming law. Anything worthy of state attention, we share that with state campground (associ-ation) officials, he said. Bambei also noted the many discounts that National ARVC obtains for its members on everything from office, building and swimming pool supplies to music licensing fees, which he said could offset the cost of association membership. Meanwhile, speakers at WACOs educational seminars covered various topics in-volving park improvements, marketing and campground management, and more.
