Sagebrush RV Park and Storage is now open on U.S. 285 in Fort Stockton, Texas, the Fort Stockton Pioneer reported. The serene property has a security gate with pass code entrance.
The facility has city water and sewer hookups and is child- and pet-friendly. ATVs are welcome but must be courteous of other tenants. There is Dish TV and DirecTV accessibility, along with Wi-Fi. There is a newly built clubhouse for gatherings and a wash room and administrative office.
The family-run company began Sagebrush RV Park and Storage with its debut location in Midland, which has had great business in its five years of operation.
The Fort Stockton branch of Sagebrush RV has been open for three months and held its official ribbon cutting on April 8, allowing partner owners, Robert “Butch” Williams and M.R. Gonzalez, to inform the community of it’s arrival.
The location was originally spotted by Sagebrush RV’s sister company, Diamond Electrical Service, which is run by Williams and his three sons Justin, Matthew and Mark.
Justin Williams is the Fort Stockton Sagebrush RV property manager and lead maintenance man. He said that Diamond Electric wired the property when it was formerly the Sandridge RV man camp. Through that job, they discovered the great potential of expanding Sagebrush RV Park and Storage with a Fort Stockton location.
