The busiest time of year at many Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort locations is in September and October, according to officials from Leisure System Inc. (LSI), the franchisor of more than 70 Jellystone Parks throughout North America.
That’s when the Yogi Bear-themed parks offer a variety of fall and pre-Halloween activities, from making caramel apples and scarecrows to costume, campsite and pumpkin-decorating contests to trick-or-treating. Some locations even offer zombie hunts, haunted houses or haunted trails.
“Specific activities vary by location, but all of our franchisees offer families unique activities to help them create memories they will always cherish,” said Trent Hershenson, vice president of marketing for LSI.
