This is TJO’s fifth RV park acquisition as they continue to grow in the campground industry.
TJO plans on converting the park into a Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort by the end of 2020, as well as making significant improvements to the park. These improvements include water park renovations, adding cabanas to the water park area, the addition of a dog park, patio sites and dog pens, upgraded Wi-fi, golf cart rentals, gaga ball pit, human Foosball, new jumping pillow, Water Wars, Lazer Tag, Apple Cannons, Bumper Boats, and numerous other physical facility upgrades.
The park, soon to be renamed Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park, will be the second in TJO’s portfolio of Jellystone Parks. It will be a family-friendly park geared towards short-term vacation campers.
“We are excited to add another great park to our portfolio, and looking forward to converting it to a Jellystone Park. We love the brand and the joy it brings to all the campers who come stay at our parks,” said Troy Sheppard, chief operating officer for The Jenkins Organization.
