Two campground facilities just two miles apart on Lake Ontario have been listed for sale, each with seven-figure price tags, according to Buffalo Business First.
Niagara Shores Campground and Conference Center went up for sale July 24 at $3.5 million. The business continues to operate and hold events while searching for a buyer.
According to the new listing with Chrystal Manzare of Howard Hanna, the 28-acre property includes direct lake access. It features five residential homes, nine glamping cabins, two private suite apartments and a 20-room dormitory-style hotel with a 60-bed bunk room, plus RV and tent sites.
A three-minute drive away, Olcott Harbor Resort went up for sale May 29 at $2.1 million, including 47 acres at 5764 W. Lake Road. The property abuts 18 Mile Creek and has an 11-room motel, an RV park with 70 rental sites and four cabins, plus a restaurant and gas/convenience store. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant, currently vacant, was most recently occupied by the Northern Pier Restaurant, which opened in 2023.
