The 20th annual Foothills Parade of Lights in Yuma, Ariz., continues tonight (Dec. 20) with the convoy of lighted vehicles traveling through recreational vehicle parks in the community, according to the Yuma Sun.
The parade of cars, trucks, sand rails, dune buggies and other vehicles covered with holiday lights and decorations began making the rounds in some neighborhoods Wednesday night and will continue through Friday night.
Starting at 6 p.m., the parade will travel through recreational vehicle parks including Foothills Village, Gila Mountain, Yuma Venture, Westwind, Blue Sky, Sun Ridge, Western Sands, Adobe and Sunset Palms. On Friday beginning at 6 p.m., the parade will travel through parks including Fortuna de Oro, Sundance, Caravan Oasis, Shangri-La, Las Quintas Oasis, Bonita Mesa, Cactus Gardens, Desert Paradise and Coyote Ranch.
The parade will be escorted by Yuma County sheriff’s deputies.
