The Mammoth Cave Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort will be temporarily closed beginning Friday (March 27), according to the Daily Times.
Owners Bill and Kay Pott stated in a news release the plan is to reopen April 13, but added: “we will be constantly monitoring the situation and will delay this date if it looks to be advisable and in the interests of public health.”
“As the coronavirus epidemic worsens, we all need to do our part to ‘flatten the curve’ and slow its spread,” they said in the news release.
Mammoth Cave National Park closed its campgrounds Tuesday until further notice.
