A new three-day music festival in Chocolay Township in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, mixing camping, grilling and jamming out will include some local favorites, television station WLUC reported.

Gitche Gumee Campground will host the inaugural Woodstack Music Fest.

“Anybody that likes great music wouldn’t want to miss this,” said Richard Pascoe, festival director. “This is just a more modern music festival. Just a great opportunity to get all the bands together that are local and showcase the music that the U.P. has.”

This is your chance to enjoy 49 acres of the beautiful Gitche Gumee Campground while listening to eight explosive country, rock and jam music bands.

“Three days of great music, cheap, $20,” said Pascoe. “Come camp, there’s a giant campground here. There are tent spots, RV spots. We’ve got pool tables and there’s a bar with a big screen where we’re going to have after-parties.”

Woodstack runs today (June 25) through Saturday.
