The Mid-Atlantic States Campground Conference and Trade Show offers owners a chance to gear up for an expected busy summer season.
The Mid-Atlantic States Campground Conference & Trade Show kicks off today (Feb. 28) with a full day of educational seminars.
The conference is once again being hosted in Orlando, Fla., at the DoubleTree by Hilton near the entrance to Universal Studios. It runs through March 2.
Joann DelVescio, the event’s organizer and executive director of the New Jersey Campground Owners & Outdoor Lodging Association, noted to Woodallscm.com that she anticipated around 50 attendees taking part in the conference, along with around 23 vendors.
Wendy Sellers, a bestselling book author and human resources expert, is set to host a session during the first day of the event. Labeled “The HR Lady,” Sellers focuses on ways that managers and HR professionals can improve workplace culture and provides tools on how to effectively manage, retain and recruit employees.
Lori Severson, CEO of Severson & Associates, a consulting firm, will be hosting a session on themed weekends and adult activities during the conference’s first day.
