Minn.’s Hidden Meadows RV Park Sells for $1.1 Million

A Pine Island, Minn., RV park sold for $1.1 million earlier this week, according to a report by The Post-Bulletin.

The Hidden Meadows RV Park at 6450 120th St. NW, in rural Pine Island, was purchased by Wabasha-based Hidden Meadows Resort LLC. led by Tracy Hofschulte. The deal closed Wednesday (July 8).

It was sold by Kris Powell and Jeff Mack, who had owned the park since 2004.

Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the 30-acre park and its buildings at $391,000 for 2020-2021.
