Lakewood Camping Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C., is promoting itself as a spring vacation destination, especially for its Annual Easter Celebration April 9-22.
The park offers families and groups of all sizes a variety activities such as beach games, gospel concerts and communion services, according to its announcement.
