Road trippers seeking a new home on wheels can view 150 models at once.
There are plenty of travel accessories on display, and the 48th Annual New Jersey RV & Camping Show also provides instant access to a variety of services and campgrounds to assist during a journey. The show is happening Jan. 16-18 at the New Jersey Convention Center in Edison, the Burlington County Times reported.
Presented by GS Events, it runs noon-8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults, and children under age 12 are free. (Members of the organizer’s Good Sam Club receive a $5 discount.) There is no charge to park at the convention center.
In addition to the RV exhibition, the show features about 100 vendors, who will be selling travel-related items and providing information about their services. Campgrounds from throughout the Northeastern U.S. are among the businesses represented.
The show also offers educational seminars. This year’s focus is on female campers and a growing movement that has more girls and women enjoying the RV lifestyle without male companions.
“It’s a segment of the RV industry that’s been growing over the last five years,” said Tedesco. “(The RV lifestyle) is becoming more friendly for all types of people.”
The RV & Camping Show typically draws about 15,000 people over the course of the three-day event, said the organizer.
