Starting Thursday (Sept. 1) the brand new MotorCoach Resort in Chandler, Ariz., will be open for business, according to an announcement from the park. The RV park is smaller in size, located in a quiet locale just outside Phoenix, and only allows motorhomes, no trailers or tents.

The “boutique RV park” features 32 paved spaces on a large, eight-acre, fully landscaped lot.  Full hookups for Class A, B or C motorhomes are available. Amenities include laundry, showers, bathrooms, picnic area, dog walking areas, 24 hour patrol security service and free Wi-Fi.

The MotorCoach Resort was developed because of what the owners believe is a shortage of quality RV parks and campgrounds within the Phoenix Metro area.  Most of the quality RV Parks are located on the outskirts of Phoenix with limited amenities and few things to do in the immediate area. The MotorCoach Resort is strategically located near Gila River Casinos, Whirlwind Golf Club, Sheraton Resort & Spa, Wildhorse Pass Motorsports Park, Love’s Travel Stop, the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Chandler Fashion Center and the Shops at Casa Paloma, among many other area attractions.

The MotorCoach Resort was built with the luxury RV user in mind who values the first-class amenities surrounding the resort.

The MotorCoach Resort is owned and operated by its adjacent development RV SuperStorage, a Class A RV storage facility.

The amenities at RV SuperStorage will also be available to folks coming to stay at the MotorCoach Resort, including propane, reverse osmosis RV wash, and an onsite RV repair company, RV SuperService.
