Hat Creek Resort & RV Park (Old Station, CA)

Hat Creek Resort & RV Park is one of the recent parks that came under the management of Northgate Resorts.

Northgate Resorts has expanded its portfolio with the addition of five new parks. Four of the properties are now under Northgate’s management in California and Oregon, and the company has also acquired Williamsburg Campground in Virginia, according to a press release.

Managed Parks in California and Oregon

The newly managed parks offer diverse accommodations and unique experiences near some of the most iconic outdoor destinations in the West:

  • Hat Creek Resort & RV Park (Old Station, Calif.)
  • Yosemite Pines RV Resort & Family Lodging (Groveland, Calif.)
  • High Sierra RV & Mobile Park (Oakhurst, Calif.)
  • Loon Lake Lodge & RV Resort (Reedsport, Ore.)

Acquisition of Williamsburg Campground

In addition to these management agreements, Northgate has completed the acquisition of Williamsburg Campground in Virginia. Conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens, the campground offers wooded campsites, deluxe cabins, and family-friendly amenities.

The property serves as a hub for history enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers, providing a mix of traditional camping and modern comforts in one of the East Coast’s most visited regions.

Commitment to Growth

“Our footprint now spans 40 properties across the U.S., from the East Coast to the West. Expanding in both managed and owned parks positions us to serve campers in a wider variety of landscapes and communities,” said Tessa McCrackin, CMO of Northgate Resorts.
