Starting Wednesday (Nov. 1), it’s going to cost you a little more to camp in Oregon’s state parks.
According to KATU, the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is raising camping rates $2 for some types of camping sites.
The increase is part of the department’s 2017 to 2019 budget.
A typical RV site will now cost $30 a night, yurts will be $42 a night and hiker/biker fees will rise from $5 to $7.
