Park Brokerage Commercial Real Estate recently sold a park in Arizona.
John Sheedy, president and designated broker with Park Brokerage and Commercial LLC has announced the sale of Leisure Valley RV Resort located in Casa Grande, Ariz., for the price of $6,960,000 was completed on Sept. 8, according to an email from Park Brokerage and Commercial LLC.
Sheedy represented the private seller and procured the buyer who owns multiple other MH/RV communities across the United States, however, this will be the seller’s first venture in this asset class in Arizona.
This particular community is located directly in the path of progress just 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and contains 125 RV sites, a high percentage of park model tenancies and a full amenity package.
