Middlebury, Ind,-based park model RV builder Woodland Park Inc. is marking its 35th year of operation.
According to a press release, the company celebrated the milestone with a fish fry attended by employees and RV Industry Association (RVIA) personnel.
“My main focus has always been producing quality over quantity,” said owner Ernie Yoder, who founded the business in 1983 with his wife, Edna. “By doing so, we have established a strong dealer base throughout the United States and the Canadian region over the 35 years.”
In the fall of 2004, Woodland Park broke ground on a new 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to improve and modernize the manufacturing process.
A member of RVIA, Woodland Park is one of the top producers of park model RVs, including Canadian-approved unit.
Woodland Park will continue marking the anniversary with its dealers during the Annual Elkhart RV Open House in September while participating for the second year in the Park Model Village during the show.
