Mahoning Township (Pa.) supervisors on Tuesday (Sept. 8) approved a conditional use request for a tiny home and RV park at 145 Dominick Lane in Edinburg, according to New Castle News.
Scott and Jessah Fabian will open Trillium Tiny Home and RV Community at the former mobile home park there.
There will be 14 lots, with a mixture of short-term stays via RVs and mobile homes and long-term stays via mini manufactured homes that are 400 square feet.
