Pinnacle Park Homes, a park model RV builder based in Ochlocknee, Ga., reported that sales and shipments have been strong through the first quarter of 2016, largely thanks to the recently revamped Wellington Premier line of park models.
“We are ahead of 2015 by far,” said Andy Davis, sales manager.
The Wellington line has a new cottage-like look, with customers choosing the colors of the siding and roof, the countertops and whether to options for wainscotting on interior walls. There’s also an option for vinyl porch railing and Trex decking, Production Manager Randy Stewart Jr. said. The line features all-wood trim, moulding and cabinets, full-size appliances  and optional recessed lightitng and USB receptacle outlets.
“Of course we still build our rustic style of park models with our signature open-beam roof, but the cottage look has certainly increased sales so far this year<‘ Davis said. “Our backlog just keeps growing. Combine this with our ever-popular rental line of cabins that will fit every campground and their budget, with commercial financing available, I see 2016 being a record-setting year for Pinnacle Park Homes.”
