Welcome to a new year of RVing!
Last year was difficult for lots of folks, and we can only hope 2021 is better. As difficult as 2020 was, people still wanted to travel, but travel safely. Traditional modes of travel and vacation like airlines and cruise ships were not safe. This resulted in people who never considered an RV before, to now see one as the freedom to travel and vacation.
RVs fit the bill, what better way to travel while enjoying the company of people close to you. My concern, with all these new RV owners, is the same concern I always have, RV education. It has been my experience over the years those who don’t learn how to properly and safely use the RV, do not stay in, or enjoy the RV lifestyle for long. And that is a shame. So, if you know, meet or talk to any new RV owners I would ask you to make them aware of our RV Online Training site. We strive every day to offer the best online RV training available anywhere and at the most affordable price.
Okay, with my 2021 pitch out of the way, let’s get down to business. This month’s feature article explains what to do with your RV before and after frigid temperatures, so don’t miss that, and one of the featured videos show you how to convert ordinary pleated shades in your RV into dark-out shades using a new kit by United Shade.
Enjoy the newsletter and the new year, and as always, if you have family or friends who like RVs and the RV lifestyle please share with them too.
Happy Camping,
Mark
