The Twin Falls Oasis RV Park development near Leech Brook, Ontario, passed the province’s environmental-review process, the Grand Falls-Windsor Advertiser reported.

The project by proponents Shawn and Holly Gosse got clearance subject to the following conditions: No project development shall occur within the Crown Land 10-meter road reserve; a minimum 30-meter naturally vegetated buffer must be maintained along all water bodies and wetlands to protect sensitive riparian and aquatic species and their habitat; and a botanical survey of the area must be carried out by a qualified person prior to any development on this site due to the presence of a very rare rush species.
