Camping.com and RV Xtreme magazine have partnered to offer consumers a one-stop shop for RV- and camping-related information and services.
As part of the alliance, Camping.com will provide RV Xtreme with ongoing editorial content and RV Xtreme will publish a special interest micro-site on Camping.com and its sister site, RVSales.com. RVXtreme.com will also feature online campground reservations using ReservationFriend – a product of another Camping.com sister company, Friend Communications.
According to a joint news release, the agreement will make it possible for RVXtreme.com visitors to make real-time campground reservations and search for or list their RVs for sale without having to leave the site. The reservation system and classified listing engine will be embedded into and co-branded as part of the RV Xtreme site. Visitors will also be able to connect to Camping.com.
RV Xtreme is in its second year of publishing a lifestyle magazine for the active RV enthusiast.
