It is an event that draws thousands of people to Lakeview, Ore., every Labor Day weekend for a week-long celebration, and for its 100th anniversary the Lake County Fair and Round-Up promises to be bigger than ever before, according to the Herald and News.
While the event may be seven months away, hotel reservations are already filling up fast anticipating the biggest attendee crowd to date, so a new option is being made available for those interested in joining the party who are late to securing lodging: glamping.
Consider it camping in style, a partnership with Junipers Reservoir RV Resort and the Lake County Chamber of Commerce is offering a different experience for those making the trek to Lake County. The glamping package provides a large furnished canvas bell tent complete with pancake breakfasts, espresso bar, concierge service and more ways to live the glamorous lifestyle matched with a rustic outdoor experience.
Each tent will be set up prior to guests’ arrival complete with a queen-sized air mattress, which can be upgraded to a foam mattress. Junipers Reservoir RV Resort also includes onsite shower, laundry, restrooms, gas barbecue grills and charging stations.
