According to a report by WFIE, a campground at the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife area in Warrick County, Ind., is coming back to life.

The new owner has renamed the campground Miles’ Landing.

We’re told more camping spaces could be added as early as this summer.

“We’re trying to bring it back to life,” said campground owner Tambi Miles. “It was pretty overgrown with trees and things growing out of the lakes and ponds.”

Miles and her husband bought part of this old campground and have some big plans.

Right now, there’s just a log cabin but by this time next year, the Miles hope to have a number of camping spots.

In fact, this used to be a campground but it closed nearly 10 years ago.

“We did a lot of work,” Tambi said. “We are still working on it to bring it back up to where it was.”
