Many Texas campgrounds and RV parks are booked up for Memorial Day weekend.

But there are at least a dozen that still have sites and cabins available for the holiday weekend as of Friday (May 20), according to a news release.

“We have surveyed our members and at least 12 still have campsites and park model accommodations available over the holiday weekend,” said Brian Schaeffer, executive director and CEO of the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO).

Most of the parks that still have campsites can be booked through TexasCampgrounds.com. But the association is also providing phone numbers for these parks as well.
