A company is suing a Hitchcock, Texas, RV park, alleging it was deprived of rights to the property, according to the SE TexasRecord.
Coinmach Corporation, doing business as CSC Serviceworks Inc., filed a complaint June 13 in Galveston County District Court against WGB RV Parks LLC, doing business as Little Thicket RV Park, alleging breach of contract and trespass.
According to the complaint, CSC Serviceworks and Little Thicket entered into an agreement in September 2006 in which the plaintiff was given rights to use the defendant’s RV campground until Oct. 24, 2021.
The suit says Little Thicket RV Park complied with the agreement until April 2018 when it told CSC Serviceworks that it was no longer complying with the lease and that the plaintiff would no longer have access to the laundry room due to renovations.
The defendant allegedly went so far as to remove the plaintiff’s equipment and placing it in an open field. Little Thicket, the suit says, has continued to deprive the plaintiff of its usage of the laundry room even though the renovations have been completed.
