Tenn. Officials Find No Issues with Proposed RV Park

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA)  issued on Wednesday (Dec. 1) a final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact thus allowing the City of Rockwood to develop a full-service commercial marina and campground on Watts Bar Reservoir with a 30-year easement.

TVA determined that the development would not significantly affect the environment.

TVA would issue a deed modification to the City of Rockwood to allow Blue Ridge Development LLC to develop the proposed 43-acre marina and campground near Tom Fuller Memorial Park.
