Located less than 10 minutes from Texas A&M University, the new park will feature 304 RV sites and 64 cabins and will offer both short term and extended stays. Some of the features of the resort will include two clubhouses with resort-style pools, covered pavilions for tailgating and events, walking trails, a sports court, two dog parks, a camp store, and two workout facilities.
This new Great Escapes RV Resort, will be the third in TJO’s portfolio of Great Escapes branded parks, with four ongoing new developments to follow. It is expected to open in the Summer of 2021.
“We are thrilled to add this resort to our Great Escapes portfolio. Bryan/College Station is a booming market, and we hope to gain loyalty in the community and with Texas A&M Alumni,” said TJO President Ricky Jenkins. “We want to foster a fun game day atmosphere during various college sports seasons, and also provide a great place for campers to stay throughout the year.”
