Tribal elders gathered in the Flathead Indian Nation for a luncheon Thursday (April 27) and they heard about multimillion-dollar development plans, which include an RV park, the Char-Koosta News reported.
The luncheon allowed elders to preview the $2.6 million Big Arm RV campsite, boat dock, and restaurant, all due to be completed within the year.
“We are in the preliminary stage of developing a master plan for Big Arm,” Miller said.
The aim is to have the RV service up before summer begins. Cabins will be a part of phase two that will begin after the RV section is complete.
