A number of camper trailers being stored at a Waseca, Minn., campground were seriously damaged after someone broke in and vandalized the trailers, television station WTTC reported.

The Waseca County Sheriff’s Office responded to Kiesler’s Campground around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 3.

Campground staff discovered the damaged campers in the winter storage facility.

According to the sheriff’s department, the campers were heavily damaged by intentional vandalism and a large fire was even started outside one of the campers.

Officials are offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest of the person or people responsible.
