Jack Johnson

Jack Johnson, co-founder and CTO at Volta Power Systems, is the guest on tonight’s (Sept. 22) program of “RVing in New England,” the weekly Facebook Live show hosted by Bob Zagami and John DiPietro of the New England RV Dealers Association (NERVDA).

“The industry is abuzz with the increasing popularity of van campers, Type B and small Type C motorhomes powered with lithium battery technology,” said Zagami. “Fueled – no pun intended – by young professionals working from the road, outdoor enthusiasts that have embraced boondocking and off-the-grid activities, and new families living and traveling in an RV while road schooling their children. All these activities demand the new technology and benefits needed for a new generation of active RVers embracing the RV lifestyle first, and their careers second.

“This is your opportunity to learn how this technology will impact RVs and RVers, and learn it from an industry expert – Jack Johnson,” Zagami added.

Volta empowers small and mid-size OEMs with exclusive access to advanced energy storage technology previously only possible for large automakers. The Michigan-based company engineers each Volta system specific to its application, delivering matchless reliability with the most power in the least amount of space. It’s not a battery – it’s a power system.

“Join us this evening for a fun, informal and educational discussion of the new power systems that are offered on Winnebago, Tiffin, Storyteller Overland, Liberty Coach, Advanced RV and other RV manufacturers,” Zagami mentioned. “What was once a dream is now a reality and growing more popular everyday.  Thinking about a new RV with new technology, then you will not want to miss our show this week.”

“RVing in New England” is the industry’s only online talk show and features guests each week from all segments of the RV marketplace. Weekly shows average between 6,000 and 8,000 views within a week of the original airing of the show. The highest rated show in 2019 had 15,500 views.
