WATCH: Customer Expectations and Ind. Wi-fi Trends

WCM’s Outdoor Hospitality Update featured Eric Stumberg, the founder and CEO of TengoInternet, on its show to highlight trends in Wi-Fi and to take a look at how future technology could impact park owners.

Stumberg highlighted camper satisfaction, steps owners can take to improve Wi-Fi satisfaction, how Starlink may impact park owners in certain areas, the trends among new developments and other areas during WCM’s show. TengoInternet is celebrating its 20th year in business in 2022.

WCM’s Outdoor Hospitality Update is hosted by Ben Quiggle, editor of Woodall’s Campground Magazine (WCM), and Mike Gast, former vice president of communications at Kampgrounds of America Inc. (KOA) and a senior writer for RVTravel.com.
