An 82-acre park that was carved out of hunting land, Watts speaks about some of the challenges that the company worked through as it developed the park, the decision-making process on what to offer at the park and more. He also talks about the developers’ decision to include dome structures at the campground and the way in which the park incorporates hot tubs.
