WebRezPro cloud property management system by World Web Technologies Inc. announced direct integration with NAVIS Narrowcast, a reservation sales optimization and management solution designed to increase hotel revenue and profit from existing demand.

The combined solution arms reservation agents with enhanced customer data to maximize call conversions, and automates direct online revenue tracking to measure and optimize marketing return on investment (ROI).

NAVIS Narrowcast unifies online and telephone leads into a single database, delivering actionable, real-time intelligence to agents at the point of sale, empowering them to capture and convert more direct bookings. The interface between WebRezPro and Narrowcast allows WebRezPro to automatically contribute reservation data to the Narrowcast lead database, eliminating the need for agents to manually look up or enter guest information during the call, and ensuring more accurate and complete guest data.

The integration also enhances campaign revenue tracking by automating the tracking of campaign-generated bookings coming through the WebRezPro online booking engine, contributing to a more complete picture of marketing ROI via both online and offline (phone) booking channels.
